The reaction was heated to 60 C. to 65 C. for 1-2 hours. To the reaction mass oxalic acid (15 g) was added till to pH 5.5 to 6.0 and maintained for 30 minutes. The reaction mass was cooled to 45 to 50 C. and maintained for 30 minutes. The reaction mass was cooled to 25 to 35 C. and maintained for 30 minutes. The product was filtered and washed with methanol (50 ml*2) afforded the oxalate salt of (S)-4-(4-(5-(aminomethyl)-2-oxo-oxazolidin-3-yl)phenyl)morpholin-3-one of Formula (JO).
