100 g (R)-2-(2-hydroxy-3-(4-(3-oxo-morpholino) phenyl amino) propyl) isoindoline-i ,3-dione of Formula (F) and MDC (i000 ml) were added to REF at 25 C. to 35 C. and heated to 40 C. to 45 C. Further, 6i g N,N-Carbonyl diimidazole (CDI) and 0.5 g DMAP were added and stirred for 3-4 hours. Excess MDC was evaporated under, reduced pressure.
