Adding a certain compound to certain chemical reactions, such as: 169037-23-4, name is 5-(Trifluoromethoxy)indoline-2,3-dione, belongs to indolines-derivatives compound, can increase the reaction rate and produce products with better performance than those obtained under traditional synthetic methods. Step c: 5 -(trifluoromethoxy)indo lin-2-one[0514] A solution of 5-(trifluoromethoxy)indoline-2,3-dione (0.2 g, 0.87 mmol) in hydrazine hydrate (85%, 2.0 mL) was heated at 130C for 4 h. After the mixture was cooled to room temperature, it was poured into ice-water (10.0 mL). The resulting mixture was adjusted to pH=2 and stirred at room temperature for 2 d. The precipitate was collected by filtration, washed with water and dried under vacuum to give 130 mg of the title compound (69%> yield).
