This resulted in 280 mg (41%) of 2-(2-[[4-amino-3-(4-phenoxyphenyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-1-yl]methyl]-2-methylpropyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindole-1,3-dione as a yellow oil.
