Step 2 : A solution of compound 2 (90 mg, 0.5 mmol), EDCI (192 mg, 1.0 mmol), HOAT (136 mg, 1.0 mmol) and DIPEA (0.5 mL) in DMF (3 mL) was stirred at rt for 10 min, amine (115 mg, 0.5 mmol) was added, then the mixture was heated to 60 oC for overnight.
